Our platform accepts payments exclusively through Coinpal. For Offline Payment or Wire Transfer options, please contact the Cybminer team via email or online chat for further assistance with order placement.
- Accepted Payment Method: Cryptocloud (Cryptocurrencies accepted: USDT, USDC , BTC, ETH and more)
- Currency: All prices on the website are listed in US Dollars.
- Note: Machine prices fluctuate based on market behavior.
Refunds
- Non-refundable: All miners are non-refundable and orders cannot be canceled.
- Support: For software or hardware issues, contact our online customer service. We will help you take your machine to the nearest official repair shop.
Processing and Shipping Time
- Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 48 hours from our warehouses. Bulk orders may take an additional day or two.
- Shipping Providers: DHL Express, UPS, ARAMEX, etc.
- Verification: Full payment must be verified before shipping (Bank transfer payments may take a few business days to process).
- Delivery Time: International delivery typically takes 5-8 business days.

- Included: Every machine comes with a PSU and is packed in original company packaging.
Taxes and Customs Duties
- To all country, shipping costs, import sales tax and customs duties are included in the price. There are no additional costs. We provide DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service to All countries except Palestine and North Korea.
