Payment Methods
Our platform accepts payments exclusively through Coinpal. For Offline Payment or Wire Transfer options, please contact the Cybminer team via email or online chat for further assistance with order placement.
- Accepted Payment Method: Coinpal (Cryptocurrencies accepted: USDT, USDC)
- Currency: All prices on the website are listed in US Dollars.
- Note: Machine prices fluctuate based on market behavior.
Refunds
- Non-refundable: All miners are non-refundable and orders cannot be canceled.
- Support: For software or hardware issues, contact our online customer service. We will help you take your machine to the nearest official repair shop.
Processing and Shipping Time
- Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 48 hours from our warehouses. Bulk orders may take an additional day or two.
- Shipping Providers: DHL Express, UPS, ARAMEX, etc.
- Verification: Full payment must be verified before shipping (Bank transfer payments may take a few business days to process).
- Delivery Time: International delivery typically takes 5-8 business days.
Packing
- Included: Every machine comes with a PSU and is packed in original company packaging.
Taxes and Customs Duties
- Tax Reduction: We assist in reducing your tax by issuing lower value invoices.
- Responsibility: Products sold by Cybminer exclude all value-added taxes and customs duties. Customers are responsible for paying any applicable taxes and duties according to their country’s laws and customs.
- Repairs: If a miner needs to be returned to Hong Kong for repair, the client must pay additional shipping costs.
